Keep Calm and Carry On

I can not express the importance of keeping control over your anger. Anger is a negative emotion that causes stress and is harmful to your health. You must learn to channel and dissipate your anger.

There are many methods some of the best include the following:

1. Exercise
2. Eat Healthy
3. Do something that make you happy. If you don't have a hobby, get one NOW !
4. go somewhere where you can just scream and yell all your anger out without harming yourself or anyone else

Keep calm. Carry On. When your running and gunning you need to learn to just take it easy and keep calm. Your performance often times will improve if you can learn to keep calm in situations.
