Okay first off I gotta say I love the new OS 3.0 upgrade. The new imessage feature (similar to the BBM) is absolutely great. You can finally see when someone has read your message. The other great thing is that the new messenger is built into the firmware of the phone.
But thats besides the point.... You landed on this page beacause you upgraded to the new firmware and suddenly realized that all your Apps had dissapeared.
Chances are your probably made a backup prior to upgrading to the new firmware as iTunes would have asked you if you would like to or not. So here are the steps to follow provided you made a backup.
1. You need to go into Settings -> General
2. Scroll all the way to the bottom and click the Reset Button
3. iPhone will ask you questions like "Are you sure you really want to do this" bla bla bla.... just keep clicking yes yes yes..
4. once complete your phone will reboot
5. Go through the prompts and when asked to restore, select 'Restore from Computer Backup"
6. Go into iTunes. Right click on the iPhone device and select "Restore from Backup"
7. Voila !!!! a fully functioning iPhone back in action
8. COOL STORY BRO !!!!
